Due to the nature of our products (consumable health supplements), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lymphavita.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - no return required.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lymphavita.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may have already been submitted to our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.
